I live high up on the East Fell Side. It is often quite a wild place. In windy weather the clouds race across the Fell tops, creating an ever changing pattern on the landscape below. I had been trying to capture this interesting movement for quite some time and I felt I achieved it with this painting. The luminous light together with the abstraction of the elements in the landscape, I feel creates a balance.
Printed on Somerset enhanced satin 100% cotton paper. They are printed using two paper sizes; A3+ - 330mm x 483mm and A4+ - 241mm x 330mm. (approx. paper sizes)
The inks used are Epson pigment inks which have a 75 year fade resistant guarantee.
